SHIPPING POLICY
All the orders confirmed with payments will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. As for the delivery area the orders can be delivered to you within 2 to 5 working days. Estimated time of delivery might change due to customers geographical location destination and product availability along with the efficiency of the shipping partner.
CANCELLATIONS/UNUSUAL ORDERS
Depending on the various seasons there are possible time is that LCS might not be able to accept the orders and therefore siz reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel any order. Some of the reasons may include pricing errors fraudulent activities, technical glitch etc. LCS will notify you in case of order cancellation in full or Part.
REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are cancelled will have the refund done in the 3 to 5 working days from the date Lucknowi cancels the order.
In case of prepaid orders through credit card or debit card online banking the amount shall be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. For the cash on delivery orders refund check will be deposited in the bank account in favor of the billing name used while placing the order or NEFT transfer will be made accordingly.
Please note that on cash on delivery charges and shipping charges are not refundable.
