Lucknowi Chikan store has a clear policy to sell only the authentic products and which have a genuine source from manufacturer. We keep strict checks in order to make sure that all the inventory that we have during inward and outward is properly checked, hence we eliminate any risks of counterfeit products.

Policy for Order Returns

We follow very clear no questions asked policy of returning the full size products that are bought from our online website. Customers have to make sure that the products are unused and are in proper intact condition. We have a policy of return in which you can return the products which you have ordered within 14 days from the date of receiving it. In order to return the unused goods please email us at lucknowichikanstore2020@gmail.com and we will take you through the process for returning the product.
Products should be unused and packaging should be tamperproof. From the day you request for the return it will be aligned with the logistics team within 24 to 48 hours and the pick up will be done within 2 to 3 working days. Products that are purchased under clearance sale cannot be returned.

Refund policy

Refunds for the orders are processed in a maximum of 15 to 20 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
In case of orders that are prepaid through debit card, net banking or credit card, the amount for the same will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 3 to 5 working days
For cash on delivery order a refund check will be deposited in your bank account in the favor of the billing name used while order placement or bank transfer can be made accordingly.
Kindly note cash on delivery charges and the shipping charges I am not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has left our warehouse,
The cancellation is available only at till when it is in the pending state.
